Once again this recipe has been in my book of good ways to nourish the tissues, while also being a great meal to improve Ojas and restore balance to the system. This meal consists of mainly sweet ingredients that are warming in nature and as such, will be a great addition to your weekly list of meals that we help you get through the upcoming winter. With the use of spices that also aid digestion this recipe is also nourishing to the reproductive organs. This can aided by the use of Ashwagandha (Vata) or Shatavari (Pitta) or Haritaki/Pippali (Kapha) I understand that Berries and Banana are not a winter fruit and are cooling in nature alas these are usually still available in most supermarkets and are a great source or Antioxidants and Vitamin B.
